Bronwyn Granata has nearly 18 years of experience in Aesthetic Medicine across Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, I have dedicated my career to advancing the industry through leadership, education, and innovation. Throughout my journey, I have held senior management, regional management, brand management, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development roles, as well as spearheading sales and training initiatives for leading aesthetic brands.
Through these experiences, I have developed a profound understanding of the challenges faced by aesthetic practitioners worldwide. Among them, complication prevention and management stand out as the most critical—and often unmet—needs in our field. While many aesthetic complications can be avoided with proper techniques and protocols, the reality is that even the most experienced practitioners will inevitably encounter adverse events. As healthcare professionals, we must acknowledge that while we can control how we administer treatments, we cannot always predict or prevent unexpected outcomes. However, what we can control is how swiftly and effectively we respond to these complications.
My passion lies in elevating patient safety and supporting practitioners with the tools, resources, and immediate guidance they need to navigate complications with confidence. That’s why I co-founded the world’s first Aesthetic Complication Support Service—offering immediate phone support and a comprehensive safety portal on a global scale.
