Nicole Montgomery brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the beauty and aesthetic industries. She began her journey by completing the Ella Bache Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2004. Simultaneously, she pursued her passion for healthcare by studying nursing while managing her own clinic, showcasing her multitasking skills and dedication.

As a mother of four children, Nicole’s commitment to excellence is evident in her roles as a perioperative nurse, where she has cared for hundreds of patients before and after surgery. This hands-on experience made her a patient advocate, leading her to feature on various mainstream television programs, newspapers, and even gaining viral attention on TikTok for her insights on Scrotox.

Nicole’s career trajectory includes roles as a registered nurse, clinic manager, and marketer in leading clinics. Her unique blend of experience allows her to understand the client journey from multiple perspectives, ensuring exceptional results in every endeavor.

Nicole’s experience in clinic gave her insight into the challenges business owners face everyday. This led to her role as marketing manager at two leading device companies, where she propelled their brand awareness, sales and marketing to unprecedented growth.

Nicole’s prowess in marketing and events has seen her collaborate with world-leading manufacturers, distributors, and clinic owners, culminating in her role as the National Partnerships Manager for the Aesthetic Beauty Industry Council (ABIC). In this capacity, she propelled ABIC’s brand and partnerships to unprecedented growth, solidifying her reputation as a powerhouse in the industry. During her tenure, Nicole spearheaded remarkable growth in partnerships, memberships, and marketing efforts, driving the council to new heights of success.

Her extensive network spans across media, leading organizations, and industry giants, earning her recognition as an Industry ICON by S+C. Nicole’s educational background includes a Diploma of Beauty Therapy from Ella Bache in 2004 and a Bachelor of Nursing in 2008. Leveraging her expertise, she has created and successfully sold three online businesses, showcasing her entrepreneurial acumen.
